machines. We design and manufacture a range of equipment to suit every customer, from starter kits with a simple doser and
vibrating table to fully automated systems complete with storage, transfer cars and palletising .

SCREW DOSING
Concrete Wetcast have
a range of screw dosing equipment from single screw, manual dosers to multiple screw, single, twin or three colour systems.

ROTARY DOSING
Concrete Wetcast design & build all sizes and formats of Rotary Dosers. The latest versions offer single,
twin or three colour systems with powered traverse for remote washdown facilities. We also supply Rotary Dosers to retro-fit
to existing machines with origins from other suppliers. For customers with existing Rotacast Dosers we are able to supply
all spares and new Dosing boxes.

DEMOULDING
Concrete Wetcast design & build Demoulders utilising the latest vacuum technology, either with vacuum pumps
or venturi systems. Our demoulders range from simple single head with pneumatic lift to multiple head staged-lift systems
to deal with the more arduous demoulding requirements of polyurethane moulds, particularly with deep products such as walling
products.

PALLETISING
Take the strain out of palletising with our vacuum palletisers. Various formats allow for pallets
with a centre post or chair-back, stacking either vertically or flat.
